WordPress comes as one of the most popular blogging platforms where people can create and customize their web page as per their interests. And with additional plug-ins, you can add interesting add-ons as well to your blog page. Adding a song in MP3 format is no difficult a task and could be done just by adding of a code.
Steps:
1. Upload the MP3 file on any hosting website and copy the URL of the file after it is uploaded.
2. Go to your wordpress account and create a new post.
3. To make the MP3 file work properly, go to the HTML editor. Make sure its “HTML” that is selected and not “Visual.”
4. Write the code: [audio: URL] and paste the URL of the MP3 file that you uploaded on the hosting account in place of “URL”. Make sure no spaces are included within the code, except between “audio:” and “http.”
